What differentiates the CQI+TM System from other outcomes systems is the level of implementation support each client receives.

MHO believes that full utilization of an outcomes system occurs only when the system is integrated into daily activities, reports are actionable, special analyses are available for clinical or accreditation needs, and specialists are available for consultation.

 

In order to establish a successful outcomes program for each client, the CQI+ System is implemented in a step-wise fashion.

 

5 STEP IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

  1. Contract Signing
  2. Onsite or Teleconference Training
  3. Initiate System
  4. Monthly Monitoring, Follow-up, and Support
  5. Quarterly Reports
