MHO was founded in 1994 with the development of the CQI+TM
Outcomes Measurement System, an outcomes measurement
system designed specifically for behavioral healthcare
providers. The CQI+ System has provided outcomes data in
support of continual quality improvement initiatives for over
300 behavioral healthcare facilities across the U.S. since that
time.

healthcare services company that provides a range of behavioral
